Aníbal Sabater to Speak in Colombia at International Congress on Alternative Dispute Resolution

August 2015 – The Centers of Conciliation and Arbitration Chambers of Commerce of Bogota, Cali and Medellin in Colombia, have united forces to spread, with greater impact, alternative methods of dispute resolution, in order to improve the competitiveness of entrepreneurs and contribute to the pacification of the country.

MASC (Métodos Alternos de Solución de Conflictos) is an organization that aims to bring together the most prominent arbitrators, conciliators and conciliators of these three centers – along with prestigious international experts in the field.  MASC is sponsoring the first International Congress on Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods on August 20 and 21, 2015.

Chaffetz Lindsey partner Aníbal Sabater will be speaking on a panel alongside Eduardo Silva Romero, Partner (Dechert, Paris) and Yves Derains, Partner (Derains & Gharavi, Paris) to discuss internationality criteria in arbitration.
