November 2009 – Chaffetz Lindsey partner, Peter Chaffetz was quoted in the October 30, 2009 Law 360 Article entitled “GHG Appellate Rulings Could Incite Insurance Brawls.” The article reports that, “While some attorneys view the decisions as changing the course of climate change litigation and portending insurance fights over defending future GHG suits, commercial and financial litigator Peter R. Chaffetz downplayed both the significance of the appellate court decisions and the implications for insurance coverage.”
