			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>April 2012 &#8211; Chaffetz Lindsey has continued its longstanding support of the world&#8217;s largest international arbitration mooting competition. This year&#8217;s Willem C. Vis Moot Competition involved a record 285 law schools participating in the oral argument rounds held in Vienna. Chaffetz Lindsey partner James Hosking was co-coach of the Harvard Law School team that claimed the 1st equal prize for its Claimant&#8217;s memorial and 3rd equal prize for oral argument. Harvard also fielded a team in the Vis East competition held in Hong Kong, emerging 8th out of more than 90 schools. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>April 2012 &#8211; Chaffetz Lindsey Counsel, Yasmine Lahlou, chairs an extremely topical and current panel at the American Bar Association&#8217;s Section of International Law Spring Meeting in New York on The Arab Spring and Constitutional Reforms: From Aspiration to Reality. The panel, which took place on April 20, comprised a highly esteemed and influential group of specialists on Middle Eastern affairs, including Excellency Mohammed Loulichki, Morocco’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Mr. John Beasley, Rule of Law Advisor, Office of Middle East Transitions at the State Department, Mr. Mark Morgan of the Egyptian American Rule of Law Association, Professor Ozan Ergun from the TOBB University of Economics and Technology’s School of Law in Ankara, Turkey, and Nadia Assouli from the United Nations’ Department of Peacekeeping Operations who has just returned from a mission in Libya.</p>
<p>Yasmine, an American, Moroccan and French citizen, organized the panel in her role as Co-Chair of the Middle East Committee of the ABA Section of International Law.  Yasmine specializes in international arbitration and litigation and public international law.</p>

It describes how smaller firms have become a permanent fixture of the legal landscape by successfully addressing client needs through greater transparency and flexibility. The article refers to Chaffetz Lindsey as an example of such a firm.
