Our Core Team
We have structured Chaffetz Lindsey to provide our clients with the same level of attorney and support staff resources that we provided when we worked on very large cases at one of the world’s largest firms. For even our biggest cases, we rarely see the need for large teams of associates and paralegals. Our approach gives greater weight to partner expertise and commitment than to team headcount. But when a case does require a larger team, we can staff it. Like our partners, our highly-qualified associates and support staff have large-firm experience and know what it takes to handle large matters.

Outsourcing Support Services
In recent years some firms have built in-house capability to meet the demands of e-discovery and computerized litigation support. We have taken a different approach. We work closely with leading specialist companies who focus solely on providing these services. Because we never charge a mark-up when we use outside vendors, we can provide state-of-the art service in these areas at a very competitive cost to clients.

The nature and geographic scope of our practice has helped us to build relationships with excellent lawyers across the United States and around the world. Through these professional friends our clients have access to critical local expertise and credibility wherever they need it.
