Douglas Gibson joined Chaffetz Lindsey as the Firm Administrator and Paralegal Manager when the firm opened in 2009. He has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts around the U.S. and in arbitral tribunals around the world. He is active in the Association of Legal Administrators, the Sedona Conference, and the International Legal Technology Association.
Doug focuses on developing strategies and discovery plans for clients, eDiscovery vendors, and Chaffetz Lindsey attorneys.
Doug also devotes some of his time to pro bono matters, including assisting surviving families in claims against the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund; Yemeni nationals detained at Guantanamo Bay; and a political asylum case for a Tajik national.
