Chaffetz Lindsey partner James Hosking is one of the co-authors of the first commentary offered on the American Arbitration Association's ICDR International Rules. The commentary will appear in the second edition of The Practitioner's Handbook of International Commercial Arbitration (Oxford Univ. Press, ed. Dr. Frank-Bernd Weigand). Publication is expected in the 4th quarter of 2009.
