Upcoming NYSBA Comprehensive Training for the Conducting of Commercial Arbitrations – James Hosking to Serve as Faculty

May 2018 – James Hosking will serve as faculty at the upcoming New York State Bar Association training for Arbitrators and Counsel on “Conducting Commercial Arbitrations.”  The program will take place June 18-20, 2018 at Cardozo School of Law.  It is targeted at new and seasoned arbitrators wanting best practices in managing an arbitration from the preliminary conference through the award, as well as litigators interested in learning how to represent their clients in arbitrations.  James will speak on the panel addressing “Advocates’ Best Practices in Selecting Arbitrators.”
