Andreas Frischknecht to Speak at the 17th Petersberger Arbitration Days Conference

February 2019 – On February 23rd, Andreas Frischknecht will participate in a discussion on “The more efficient approach: Prague Rule or IBA Rules” at the Beck Academy’s 17^th Petersberger Arbitration Days Conference in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany. The conference is co-hosted by the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) and the German Arbitration Journal (SchiedsVZ) and is focused on “Modern Case Management and the Impact of Digitalization (Legal Tech).”

DIS is a group of more than 1,400 members based in Germany and overseas, who promote arbitration and provides essential support for the conduct of arbitration related tasks in Germany.
