David Lindsey Named to Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers by Latinvex

January 2016 – The editorial staff of Latinvex has selected the 2016 leading attorneys from international law firms that are involved in the legal business in Latin America.  Chaffetz Lindsey partner and co-founder David Lindsey was named to the list of 100 lawyers.

The ranking includes attorneys from six major categories (arbitration & litigation, banking & finance, capital markets, corporate/M&A, energy and project finance) as well as other specialties, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

The criteria used was a combination of factors, including recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of firm in Latin America and rankings by third parties such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and Thomson Reuters.

Research is based on a Latinvex survey of firms and their clients and peers and the law firms’ own public statements.
