David Lindsey to Speak on International Arbitration at NY City Bar Event

September 2016 – David Lindsey, partner and co-founder of Chaffetz Lindsey, will speak tonight at the New York City Bar’s “Hot Practice Areas: Privacy/Cybersecurity, Investment Funds, International Arbitration, Securities Litigation” event taking place at 42 West 44th Street in New York, NY.

David will discuss the legal specialty of International Arbitration; the path that led him to this specialty; the types of matters to expect in this area; determining whether this area might be of interest; the skills he has used/developed; the advantages/disadvantages of specializing; long-term possibilities, including firm, in-house, and public sector options; and how to enter or transition into this area.

Additional panelists will address these same topics as they relate to Securities Litigation (Joseph De Simone of Mayer Brown); Investment Funds (David Moody of Purrington Moody Weil LLP); and Privacy/Cybersecurity (Ryan Logan of Hunton & Williams LLP).
