Before joining Chaffetz Lindsey, our lawyers worked at some of the world’s leading, large law firms. We continue to deliver the same quality, but with better pricing. Here’s why:
For every law firm, the equation is the same.
A law firm’s total fees must cover its costs plus its partner profits. Firms with fixed high costs and rigid profit targets have very little pricing flexibility.
We have lower costs.
Our lawyer compensation is competitive with leading firms because we do not compromise on quality. But we do not have the massive infrastructure costs of large firms, and we pass these significant savings on to our clients.
We price to build relationships.
Most large firms manage to fixed annual profit targets. Individual partners and practice groups must price to meet these targets. We don’t have to answer to firm management – we are firm management. We tailor our pricing to our client’s needs: Almost 50% of our cases involve some form of alternative fee arrangement, such as fixed fees, reduced fees with a success component, and volume discounts.
