August 2010 – Chaffetz Lindsey partner James Hosking’s contribution is acknowledged in Investing Across Borders 2010, a report prepared by the World Bank Group, International Finance Corporation and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA). The report provides a summary of indicators of foreign direct investment regulation in 87 economies. The report offers private companies and governments indicators to measure how states facilitate market access and regulate the operations of foreign investors in host states. James has experience in advising and representing investors and sovereigns in claims made under international investment and trade treaties, and with structuring investments to take advantage of investment instruments around the world.
