International Arbitration Expertise Recognized Again By Chambers Latin America

December 2011 – Chaffetz Lindsey’s international arbitration practice continues to be recognized as “an established name on the Latin America scene”, according to the 2012 edition of Chambers Latin America: Latin America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.

The newly-released guide identifies Chaffetz Lindsey as a leader in “Latin America-wide” international arbitration and also singles out partners David Lindsey and James Hosking for mention.  David has been ranked in the publication since its first edition.

The Chambers rankings are based on interviews with clients and other practitioners.  The 2012 edition notes that “dedication and focus are naturally considered strengths” of Chaffetz Lindsey “but clients also cite proactivity and efficiency as major draws.”
