Experience

Prior to joining Chaffetz Lindsey, Fabrizio trained and worked at a leading dispute resolution firm in Brazil. In addition to his Brazilian education, he also holds a Master of Laws degree from New York University.

  • Represented a German airport concessionaire against a Brazilian consortium in a Sao Paulo seated ICC arbitration, concerning the construction of runways.*
  • Represented a Brazilian pharmaceutical company against an American pharmaceutical conglomerate in a litigation at the Sao Paulo Court of Appeals, related to the joint development and distribution of medication.*
  • Represented a Brazilian cellulose company against a State’s concessionaire in a Sao Paulo seated ICC arbitration, regarding the purchase of natural gas.*
  • Represented a German automobile manufacturer in class actions before Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro Court of Appeals related to alleged violations of consumers and environmental law.*
  • Represented a hospital conglomerate in a Sao Paulo seated CAM-CCBC arbitration related to the price paid in the purchase of clinics.*
  • Represented an Asian-owned investment fund against a Spanish bank in a real estate litigation at the Sao Paulo Court of Appeals.*
  • Represented a German automobile manufacturer in a Sao Paulo seated CAM-CCBC arbitration against a French company, related to the construction of an industrial plant.*
  • Represented Brazilian executives in a class action brought by CMV (Brazilian SEC) and the Public Prosecutor in Sao Paulo Regional Court concerning alleged stock market fraud.*
  • Assisted a Brazilian real estate company in a dispute regarding unfair competition.*
