Nicole Molee represents corporate clients in arbitration and litigation matters. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation.

Experience

Before joining Chaffetz Lindsey, Nicole worked at a leading global litigation firm in New York. She has also previously worked at a criminal justice non-profit and externed for Judge Chen in the Eastern District of New York.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Stone Scholar and Notes Editor on The Columbia Human Rights Law Review. She graduated with a B.A. from Boston College.

Representative Matters

  • Obtained a favorable settlement for a global media company in a federal dispute concerning copyright infringement claims.*
  • Secured a permanent injunction against a corporate board for a client in a high stakes proxy contest.*
  • Represented a global software company in Texas federal court concerning interpretation of contract terms and breach of contract claims.*
  • Defended an individual in a jury trial in New York Federal Court against an indictment for multiple violations of the FCPA and money laundering statutes.*
