Who’s Who Legal 2019 Names Chaffetz Lindsey a “Leading Firm” Among Other Honors

December 2018 – In the Who’s Who Legal 2019 Arbitration survey, WWL recognizes Chaffetz Lindsey as one of North America’s “Leading Firms” and a “world-renowned dispute resolution firm.” The Arbitration survey features the world’s leading arbitration lawyers who come highly recommended for their expertise in resolving complex international disputes.

WWL specifically called out James Hosking for being “widely endorsed as ‘a first-rate advocate’ who enjoys an excellent reputation as ‘a knowledgeable and strategic thinker’ who is highly experienced in commercial cases and investment disputes.” Likewise, David Lindsey is celebrated as “a go-to representative to major clients in complex commercial disputes” for whom “sources have a lot of respect.”  Partners Peter Chaffetz, Aníbal Martín Sabater, and Yasmine Lahlou are also listed as featured experts in the WWL Arbitration category.

Also hot off of the WWL press, Yasmine Lahlou has been named Number One on the Who’s Who Legal 2019: Future Leaders – Arbitration Americas list for the second year in a row.  Based on feedback from international general counsel and attorneys, the publication highlights Yasmine as “a sharp and witty arbitration practitioner” who stands out among peers for her “extremely well-prepared and thorough work.” She is further recommended as “an excellent legal analyst.” Yasmine was also ranked on the inaugural list in 2016.

Who’s Who Legal surveys and analyzes the opinions of general counsel and law firm lawyers from around the world to put together a list of practitioners who are considered experts in their practice area.  The “Future Leaders” list was created to recognize partners and non-partners aged 45 or under who are seen as the future leading figures of the international arbitration community.  Who’s Who Legal is a sister publication of the Global Arbitration Review.
