

March 2026 – Chaffetz Lindsey’s James Hosking, Yasmine Lahlou and Caline Mouawad will participate in Columbia Arbitration Day on Tuesday, March 31st.
James will speak on “Privilege and Cross-Border Issues”. He will be joined by speakers Ari MacKinnon (Cleary Gottlieb), Catherine Carulas (Covington), and Frances Bivens (Davis Polk). The session will be moderated by Professor of Law Alejandro Garro (Columbia Law School).
Yasmine will join the panel “EU and Public Policy in Arbitration: How to Resolve the Crisis”. She will be joined by speakers Isabelle Michou (Quinn Emanuel), Roland Ziadé (Linkaters), and Doak Bishop (Independent Arbitrator). The session will be moderated by Professor of Law George Bermann (Columbia Law School).
Caline will participate in the panel “Judicial Intervention and Party Autonomy: The Evolving Role of Anti-Suit Injunctions”. She will be joined by speakers Tyler Robinson (Simpson Thacher), Cristián Conejero (Cuatrecasas), and Jorge Asali (Asali). The session will be moderated by Professor of Law Robert Smit (Columbia Law School).
