Chaffetz Lindsey Partner Addresses Asia-Pacific Arbitration Developments
April 2012 – Chaffetz Lindsey partner James Hosking spoke at the Seventh Annual Fordham Law School Conference on International Arbitration and Mediation held at King’s College in London. James discussed recent developments in enforcing arbitration awards in the Asia Pacific, focusing on a recent Hong Kong Court of Appeal case that took an unusual approach to what constitutes grounds to refuse enforcement on the basis of a violation of “public policy”.
