April 2016 – Chaffetz Lindsey lawyers Jennifer Permesly and Tania Cohen have co-authored an article for Practical Law Arbitration entitled “International Arbitration Involving Construction: Best Practices for Documenting Claims and Defenses.”
The article discusses the type of documentation that may be relied upon in international arbitrations involving complex construction disputes, and provides an overview of best practices for maintaining documentation during the construction project.
