Rainbow Willard Speaks at iLaw 2020 in Miami

February 2020 – Rainbow Willard is speaking in Miami at the iLaw 2020 ILS Global Forum on International Law. Rainbow will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Rapid-Fire Discussion: Regional Reports on the Global State of Affairs in International Arbitration.” The session will cover key legal and practice developments related to the current state of affairs in international arbitration, key cases, legal updates, emerging trends and what the future holds for international ADR globally. Panelists will specifically focus on potential advantages and problems in selecting a particular seat of arbitration, investor-state arbitration, and areas of concern and promise.
