Andreas Frischknecht to Speak on Award Enforcement at 2026 iLaw Conference in Miami

February 2026 – Andreas Frischknecht will participate in a panel discussion on award enforcement at the upcoming 2026 iLaw Conference taking place on February 13th in Miami, Florida. The panel “From Award to Assets: Enforcing Commercial Arbitration Awards Across Jurisdictions” will discuss how to effectively enforce commercial arbitration awards and focus on practical, cross-border strategies to recover assets, coordinate actions in multiple jurisdictions, manage enforcement risks, and respond to common defenses under the New York Convention.
