Andrew Poplinger Publishes Article in ARIAS Quarterly

March 2023— An article authored by Chaffetz Lindsey’s Andrew Poplinger has been published in the first edition of the 2023 ARIAS Quarterly.

The article titled “You Say ‘Follow-the-Fortunes,’ I say ‘Follow-the-Settlements,’ Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off” discusses the historical origins of the terms “follow-the-fortunes” and “follow-the-settlements,” and how they’re used in modern practice.
