Andrew Poplinger to Speak about Virtual Arbitration and Mediation of Complex Cases for SVAMC Event

October 2020 – On Thursday, October 8th, Andrew Poplinger will participate in a panel discussion about “Virtual Arbitration and Mediation of Complex Cases: Lessons Learned,” hosted by The Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (“SVAMC”). Panelists will discuss lessons learned when conducting virtual hearings, including whether it is appropriate to mandate virtual hearings, how to test witness credibility, best practices for ensuring confidentiality and security, time management techniques, overcoming technology challenges, and the continuing role of virtual platforms post-pandemic.
