Andy Frischknecht to Moderate 2022 New York Arbitration Week Panel

November 2022— Chaffetz Lindsey partner Andy Frischknecht will moderate a session during New York Arbitration Week taking place November 14^th-November 18^th. The roundtable discussion  “Who’s in Charge? From Different Perspectives in the Hearing Room” will take place on Wednesday, November 16 from 4pm-5:30pm among practitioners who serve as both counsel and arbitrators. This panel will explore the relationship between the arbitral tribunal, the parties and their counsel in a variety of procedural contexts.

Andy will be joined by Ema Vidak Gojković (Vidak Arbitration), Olena Perepelynska (FCIArb, Integrites, Ukrainian Arbitration Association) and Ank Santens (White & Case LLP).
