Andy Frischknecht to Moderate 2025 New York Arbitration Week Panel

November 2025 – Chaffetz Lindsey’s Andreas Frischknecht will moderate the upcoming panel, “Arbitrating international insurance claims: key legal and procedural considerations” presented by Swiss Arbitration and NYSBA’s Commercial Insurance Disputes Committee. The speakers will explore key legal, commercial and practical issues at the crossroads of international arbitration and commercial insurance disputes.

The panel, taking place on November 19^th as part of New York Arbitration Week, will cover the following topics:

• Switzerland’s role as a leading arbitral seat and its well-developed insurance law as a preferred choice for resolving insurance disputes
• Other prominent international arbitration venues for commercial insurance disputes, including London-seated Bermuda Form arbitrations
• The unique attributes and characteristics of various arbitral seats and substantive insurance laws
