

March 2026– Chaffetz Linsey’s Aníbal Sabater has been appointed as an inaugural member of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) Court of Arbitration — a cornerstone in the newly reformed ADR framework that reinforces the AIAC’s mission to uphold excellence in international arbitration.
The AIAC Court, which was established under recent Malaysian ADR reforms to succeed the Kuala Lumpur International Arbitration Center, comprises a distinguished group of global arbitration practitioners committed to administering disputes with the highest standards of neutrality, independence, and efficiency. In this new role, Aníbal will contribute his expertise and independent judgment to support the effective administration of cases at the Asian International Arbitration Centre. He will work alongside fellow members to help ensure proceedings are conducted with fairness, neutrality, and efficiency, in line with the highest international standards.
This appointment underscores his deep expertise in international commercial and investment arbitration, built over nearly three decades advising and adjudicating complex cross-border disputes under the world’s leading institutional rules.
