Anibal Sabater Joins UPenn Law Discussion Panel

March 2024—Anibal Sabater will speak at the upcoming University of Pennsylvania Law School discussion panel “Perspectives and Trends: Arbitration Involving State Entities in Latin America” on March 14^th. Anibal will be joined by Júlio Bueno (Pinheiro Neto Advogados), Maria Carolina Durán (Baker Botts), and Rainbow Willard (Willard Arbitration). Professor Santiago Bejarano (Latham & Watkins) will moderate the discussion.

The renowned practitioners from the U.S. and abroad will discuss the latest trends on the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to adjudicate matters involving state entities in Latin America.
