Aníbal Sabater Participates in Episode 3 of LatAm Policy Changes’ Impact on International Arbitration: Towards Harmony or Dissonance?

June 2020 – On Thursday, June 11th, Aníbal Sabater will join Noiana Marigo of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Rekha Rangachari of NYIAC for the third episode of a three part podcast series hosted by New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) exploring how the dueling dynamic and policy changes across Latin American jurisdictions impact international arbitration. In this episode, Aníbal and Noiana will discuss the diametrically opposed systems of Venezuela and Brazil, and how they have tackled very different crises involving the state and arbitration.
