Anibal Sabater Speaks at ICC Peru Arbitration Day

September 2019 – Anibal Sabater is participating in a panel discussion about “Arbitraje en temas corporativos” (“Arbitration in Corporate Matters”) at the 3rd ICC Peru Arbitration Day in Lima. The panel will discuss a wide variety of topics, including arbitrations derived from mergers and acquisitions, corporate disputes and arbitrations between shareholders, multiparty arbitrations and consolidations, and bank bonds and escrow accounts.
