Anibal Sabater to Speak at 2023 Colombia Arbitration Day

September 2023—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Anibal Sabater will join a panel discussion for the second annual Colombia Arbitration Day on Tuesday, September 19^th. Anibal will be featured on the second panel of the day titled “Parallel Proceedings in Arbitration: International Tribunals, Judges and Oversight Bodies,” taking place virtually in Spanish.

Additional panelists include Sofia de Sampaio (Armesto & Asociados), Monica Jimenez Gonzalez (Geopark), and Mairée Urán (Subsecretaría de Relaciones Económicas Internacionales Chile). Lukas Montoya (Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler) will moderate the discussion.

Colombia Arbitration Week (CAW) is an academic event organized with the support of Colombian Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (COLVYAP). CAW provides a specialized and intergenerational forum for discussion around arbitration and its challenges and perspectives in Colombia.
