Aníbal Sabater to Speak at 2023 IBA Annual Conference

October 2023—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Aníbal Sabater will speak at the upcoming 2023 IBA International Bar Association annual conference on Tuesday, October 31^st. Anibal will join the 11:15am panel “Current Trends in International and Investment Arbitration in Latin America.”

Aníbal will be joined by María Inés Corrá (Bomchil), Elsa Ortega (Creel Garcia-Cuellar Aiza y Enriquez) and Javier Robalino (Robalino Abogados). The group will discuss the rise of investment and international arbitration in Latin America, the current trends and hot topics. Experts and renowned practitioners from the panel will share their experiences in this arena.

Session chairs include Arturo Alessandri (Alessandri Abogados) and Eleonora Coelho (Eleonora Coelho Sociedade De Advogados).

The event is organized by the Latin American Regional Forum (Lead) and Arbitration Committee.
