Aníbal Sabater to Speak At The ABA Section of Dispute Resolution 2026 Virtual Arbitration Institute

June 2026 — Chaffetz Lindsey’s Aníbal Sabater will participate as a speaker at the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution 2026 Virtual Arbitration Institute, taking place June 4th.

Aníbal will join the panel “International Arbitration Tertulias: The Americas” — a session inspired by the tradition of tertulias, lively gatherings that bring together thoughtful voices for candid discussion on current affairs and emerging trends. The panel will explore recent developments in international arbitration across different regions of the Americas, with panelists sharing insights from their practices, followed by open audience engagement.

The session will be moderated by Nancy M. Thevenin (Thevenin Arbitration & ADR), and Aníbal will be joined by fellow speakers Shan Greer (BVI International Arbitration Centre), Barry Leon (Arbitration Place), and Luis Martinez (American Arbitration Association).
