August 2022— Chaffetz Lindsey’s Caline Mouawad and Yasmine Lahlou will join an impressive group of practitioners and thought leaders at the 2 Worlds Arbitration New York event taking place August 25th-August 26th. The two day event titled “U.S. & Brazilian Perspectives on the Future of International Arbitration” is organized by the Arbitration Channel and hosted by Columbia Law School and New York University.
Caline will speak on a panel titled “Practical Matters on the Production of Evidence” on Friday, August 26th at 11:30am. Additional panelists include Erica Franzetti (King & Spalding), Friedrich Rosenfeld (New York School of Law) Kabir Duggal (Arnold & Porter) and moderator Gustavo Vaughan (Clearly Gottlieb).
On the same day, Yasmine and Brazilian leading practitioner Carlos Alberto Carmona (MRTC Advogados) will engage in a debate on arbitrators’ conflicts of interest and disclosure obligations.
