Caline Mouawad to Speak at ICC Coffee Hour on Corruption “Red Flags” in Arbitration

June 2025– Chaffetz Lindsey’s Caline Mouawad will be featured as a key speaker at the upcoming ICC-hosted “Coffee Hour” in New York City on Tuesday, June 17th.

The event, “Red Flags or Other Indicators of Corruption in International Arbitration,” is the third session in the ICC Commission on Arbitration & ADR’s series, focused on the recently published guidance from the ICC Task Force on corruption in arbitration.

Caline, former Vice-Chair of the ICC Steering Committee on Corruption, will join Lucinda Low, lead author of the ICC red flags document, for an interactive roundtable discussion. Together, they’ll explore:

  • Identifying early warning signs of corruption in arbitration
  • How arbitrators and counsel should respond when corruption may be present
  • The impact of red flags on proceedings and award enforcement
