Caline Mouawad to Speak at Paris Arbitration Week

April 2025—Caline Mouawad will join the Paris Arbitration Week panel “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Experts but Never Dared to Ask” as a guest speaker on Thursday, April 10^th.

The panel will explore the increasing pivotal role experts play in arbitration with a focus on the different procedural pitfalls, traps that all stakeholders in the proceedings may face, and best practices in the field. Organized and moderated by both experts and counsels, the event aims to deepen the understanding of expert involvement in arbitration, from different perspectives including that of arbitrators and institutions. Through engaging discussions and interactive sessions, this session will seek to promote best standards and inclusivity within expert panels, with the desire to enrich the arbitration process.
