Chaffetz Lindsey International Arbitration Team Cracks Chambers Global 2019 Rankings

February 2019 – Chambers & Partners has released its 2019 Global Guide and recognized Chaffetz Lindsey’s International Arbitration practice. The firm’s International Arbitration practice has consistently been ranked in Chambers USA and Latin America, but this marks the first time Chaffetz Lindsey as a firm has been listed in the global rankings.  David Lindsey and Aníbal Sabater continue to be individually ranked as well.

Chambers Global states the firm “earns recognition for its deep expertise in cross-border arbitration disputes” and is “well regarded for its excellent experience in investment treaty and commercial arbitration.” The publication also highlights the firm’s “notable expertise concerning disputes arising in the energy, construction and insurance sectors” and “has additional capabilities concerning disputes involving European and Asian jurisdictions.”

Chambers reports that he is “well known in the market for his activity in significant Latin American arbitrations and is further commended for his experience handling European cases.
