Chaffetz Lindsey to Sponsor DIS Autumn Conference Thursday, September 15th

September 2022— Chaffetz Lindsey will be sponsoring the upcoming German Arbitration Institute (DIS) Autumn Conference taking place Thursday, September 15^th, 2022 in Berlin, Germany. The conference titled “Disputes in an Age of Uncertainty – Managing the Energy Transition” will examine the many issues associated with the inherent uncertainty faced by energy companies due to a combination of energy transition, the war in Ukraine and the pandemic. Chaffetz Lindsey partners James Hosking and Andreas Frischknecht will be in attendance in Berlin.

The conference is part of the “Berlin Dispute Resolution Days” taking place this year for the first time from September 13^th-September 16^th.
