April 2016 – Chaffetz Lindsey lawyers Jennifer Permesly and Tania Cohen have co-authored an article for Practical Law Arbitration entitled “International Arbitration Involving Construction: Best Practices for Documenting Claims and Defenses.”

The article discusses the type of documentation that may be relied upon in SMALL Thumbnail_JLP&TC_IAConstructionArticleinternational arbitrations involving complex construction disputes, and provides an overview of best practices for maintaining documentation during the construction project.  This article is also available in Spanish and Portuguese.
