James Hosking Delivers Keynote Speech at ASA Town Hall 2024

September 2024—Chaffetz Lindsey’s James Hosking will join Carmen Núñez-Lagos as one of two keynote speakers at the 2024 Swiss Arbitration Association Town Hall on Friday, September 27^th.  James will discuss limiting document disclosure in “Taming the Beast – The Case for Limiting Document Disclosure in International Arbitration”.

The ASA Town Hall, taking place in Bern, Switzerland, is focused on advancing arbitration with interactive workshops, networking, expert speakers, and this year will feature moderated discussions on the ASA User Council’s pioneering work on controlling document production.
