James Hosking Joins Bucharest Arbitration Days

June 2024—Chaffetz Lindsey’s James Hosking will take part in Bucharest Arbitration Days June 6^th-June 7^th in Bucharest, Romania. James will join Monique Sasson (Arbitra), Dr. Diora Ziyaeva (Dentons) and Sebastian Lukic (Schoenherr) for the panel “Arbitration and Courts: Support, Supervision or Selection?”. The discussion will be moderated by Jonathan Wood (President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Chair of RPC’s International Arbitration practice).

Bucharest Arbitration Days will discuss ethics and conflicts in international arbitration; the evolving relationship between arbitration and courts; the diversity in arbitration from the perspective of diversity of seats and arbitration institutions and the ongoing discussion on evidence and the impact of technology on it.
