James Hosking Speaking at 2019 NY Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China

June 2019 – On June 26, 2019, James Hosking is speaking at the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC)’s 2019 New York Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China. James will participate in a panel discussion on “Energy & Investment in International Arbitration – Energy Upgrade and Reforming Investment in PRC and Related Issues.”

The summit is part of the BAC/BIAC Annual Roadshow, which is traveling to New York, Toronto and San Francisco. The Roadshow features speakers from China, Canada and United States who share their insight on the new trends and challenges in a wide range of fields of commercial dispute resolution in China, including commercial arbitration, commercial mediation, construction, energy, investment, finance, intellectual property and entertainment.

The New York event is co-organized by the American Arbitration Association/International Dispute Resolution Centre (AAA/ICDR) and New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC).
