James Hosking Speaks at ICDR Miami International Arbitration Conference

January 2015 – James Hosking spoke at the ICDR Miami International Arbitration Conference: Dispute Resolution in the Americas. This is an annual event bringing together arbitration counsel, arbitrators and clients to discuss contentious issues affecting resolution of disputes involving Latin America. James spoke on a panel discussing recent legislative developments affecting international arbitration in popular jurisdictions in the region.
