James Hosking Speaks at XI Rio de Janeiro International Arbitration Conference

May 2015 – James Hosking was a panelist at the XI Rio de Janeiro International Arbitration Conference hosted by leading Brazilian arbitrators and arbitral institutions. The conference was attended by over 300 arbitration professionals, mainly from Brazil. James spoke on a panel addressing developments in the powers exercised by arbitrators. James’ presentation focused on the powers of the arbitrator to compel third parties to participate in the arbitration proceeding.
