November 2020 – On Monday, November 23rd, James Hosking will participate in a panel discussion about “Emergency Arbitration: Taking Stock and Exploring Opportunities for Change” at the 2020 International Bar Association Annual Conference. Panelists will survey the emergency arbitrator rules now provided for by many of the major institutions and identify decisions applying those rules and make proposals for improvement as informed by the experience to date.
