James Hosking to Speak About International Construction Arbitration in the US, Europe and Beyond

July 2021 – On Tuesday, July 13th, James Hosking will participate in a panel discussion titled, “International Construction Arbitration: A Comparative Law Update from the US, Europe and Beyond” hosted by Pinsent Masons and New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC). James will join Clea Bigelow-Nuttall (Pinsent Masons), Dr. Patricia D. Galloway (Galloway Arbitration), Jason Hambury (Pinsent Masons), and Rekha Rangachari (NYIAC) to discuss significant developments and look at the year ahead in the resolution of international disputes in the construction sector.
