James Hosking to Speak at 2023 German Arbitration Institute (DIS) Autumn Conference

September 2023— Chaffetz Lindsey’s James Hosking will attend the annual German Arbitration Institute (DIS) Autumn Conference September 13^th-September 14^th in Berlin, Germany. The event, “A world map of arbitration in the 21st century – and what to find in Germany,” will discuss cutting-edge developments in international arbitration globally, while also putting some of the most prevalent myths about German arbitration under the microscope.

James will be joined by Raëd Fathallah (Bredin Prat) and Nathalie Voser (Rothorn) for the Thursday morning panel “The Famous German Efficiency (?) – the Outside Perspectives.” Inka Hanefeld (Hanefeld) will moderate.
