Luísa Quintão to Speak at the Brazilian Arbitration Committee’s (CBAr) 21st International Arbitration Conference

September 2022— Luísa Quintão is set to speak in the upcoming Brazilian Arbitration Committee’s (CBAr) 21st International Arbitration Conference, taking place between September 28th-30th in Rio de Janeiro. On the morning of September 29th, Luísa will take part in the breakfast event “The Different Diversities in Practice: Current Initiatives and Challenges in the Arbitration Market.” The event will look to promote debate among different professionals engaged in recent initiatives aimed at promoting gender, race, age and ethnicity diversity in arbitration.

Luísa will be joined by panelists Danilo Brum de Magalhães Júnior, Jorge Cesa Ferreira da Silva and Patrícia Shiguemi Kobayashi. The group will be moderated by Mariana Martins-Costa.

The in-person conference hosting over 700 participants aims to promote debate among professionals about “Arbitration and Corporate Law”. This will be one of the first major arbitration conferences in Brazil to be held in person since 2019.
