Where Advocacy Meets Business

March 2024—Global Arbitration Review is launching the first edition of GAR Live: Technology Disputes as part of California International Arbitration Week taking place March 11th-March 14th.

The event will be held on Wednesday, March 13th in San Francisco bringing together leading practitioners from the U.S. and internationally to discuss the notable developments happening in the world of technology and the increased risk of disputes likely to follow.

California International Arbitration Week

The Third Annual California International Arbitration Week will be held March 11-14, 2024, live at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco in Embarcadero Center featuring 26 hours of programs.

Panelists include speakers from WIPO, Japan, China, Korea, Germany, and the United States.  Topics range from the use of artificial intelligence in arbitration, to intellectual property disputes in the entertainment and fashion industries, to the use of mediation in international disputes, to international sports arbitration, to international arbitration in China, Korea, Japan, and Germany.
