Yasmine Lahlou Joins California International Arbitration Week Panel on Expedited Arbitration

February 2025–  Chaffetz Lindsey’s Yasmine Lahlou will speak on the panel “Life in the Fast Lane: Making Expedited Arbitration Work for You” during California International Arbitration Week on Wednesday, March 12^th in Los Angeles, California.

Yasmine, who is a co-chair of the ICC Commission’s Working Group on the ICC’s Expedited Procedure Provisions (EPP), will join Peter Durning (Boeing, ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR), Marek Krasula (Arbitration and ADR, ICC Dispute Resolution Services), and Kirsten Odynski (White & Case), who is also a member of the EPP Working Group, to discuss the Working group’s progress and how parties and arbitrators are designing procedural frameworks under the EPP (EPP) and share best practices. Nathan O’Malley (Musick Peeler) will moderate the discussion.
