July 2022— Chaffetz Lindsey’s Yasmine Lahlou recently spoke at the 2022 Society of Construction Law North American Conference. Yasmine spoke on an internationally assembled panel addressing various complex issues related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and developments in construction practice and technology. The team discussed recent case law and how jurisprudence is shaping the outcome of construction project disputes and construction law.
